Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy for consumers, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at offline@displaay.net. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Displaay Type Foundry, Polská 2400/1a, Praha 120 00, Czech Republic
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the 14-day return policy does not apply to you if you are not a consumer, in particular, if you are an entrepreneur or if the relevant item has been purchased on behalf of an entrepreneur or a company. In such case, please refer to Section 5 of General Terms & Conditions available at https://displaay.net/about/legal/terms-conditions/.

1. DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:
— perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants)
— items of short shelf life or items which have been irretrievably mixed with other goods by their nature after delivery,
— custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products);
— items removed from their sealed packaging and which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return after they had been used by Consumer;
— hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note that you bear the costs associated with the return of an item if it cannot be returned by normal postal means due to its nature.
3. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at offline@displaay.net.
5. UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS (INCL. CUSTOMS DUTIES)
If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected, refused, or customs duties and taxes were not paid, all related costs — including return shipping, customs clearance, and handling fees — will be charged to you (customer).
Please note that we ship to the USA under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, which means the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes upon arrival.

In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the General Terms & Conditions, the terms of the General Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
