Shipping policy

Packages will be ship each Wednesday from the date we receive the order. You will get confirmation e-mail with tracking number.

Package will arrive 10–30 days later. Items are shipped directly from Prague, Czech Republic using Czech post or Packeta transport company. The final delivery company is based on user location.

🇺🇸 FOR U.S. COSTOMERS
Please note that customs duties and taxes apply to all shipments imported into the USA (starting August 29, 2025). Orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, meaning the customer is responsible for paying any customs fees and taxes upon arrival. If customs fees are not paid or the parcel is refused, all related charges will be billed to the recipient.
